APNEA NATURA

APNEA NATURA is a freediving school located in Barcelona, holding international SSI certification since 2015. Led by Juanma Molleja and Magda Kurdziel, the center offers a personalized, safe, and individual progress-focused methodology. Their philosophy is based on respecting each person's learning pace, fostering self-confidence, and mental and physical control, with flexible scheduling and up to a year to complete the training.

Beyond freediving courses, the center organizes training sessions, sea excursions, and retreats, promoting a genuine freediver community. Activities are conducted with a vision of respect, protection, and care for the marine environment, integrating freediving as an experience of deep connection with nature. They offer courses such as Advanced Open Water, Instructor Development Course, Freediving, Technical Diving, and Deep Diver, as well as specialties like Free Immersion, Freediving for Kids, React Right, Marine Ecology, Fish Identification, Marine Mammal Ecology, Sea Turtle Ecology, and Ray and Manta Ecology.

APNEA NATURA provides facilities including lockers, WiFi, and a bar, along with equipment rental and air fills (nitrox). They also organize night dives and freediving trips. They position themselves as Barcelona's reference freediving center for depth training, with year-round excursions adapted to all levels.
