APNEA NATURA

APNEA NATURA is a freediving school located in Barcelona, Spain, specializing in teaching this discipline since 2015 under SSI certification. The center offers a personalized, safe methodology focused on individual progress, led by Juanma Molleja and Magda Kurdziel. Their philosophy is based on respecting each person's learning pace, fostering self-confidence, and mental and physical control, offering timetable flexibility to complete the training.

In addition to freediving courses, APNEA NATURA organizes training sessions, sea excursions, and retreats, fostering a freediver community. APNEA NATURA's facilities in Barcelona include lockers, WiFi, a bar, and equipment rental. They also offer nitrox fills and the possibility of night diving. Clients can choose from a variety of SSI-certified courses, such as Advanced Open Water and Instructor Development Course, in addition to the aforementioned freediving courses and marine life specialties.
