Scuba Cancun is a medium-sized, family-run dive operation based in Cancun, Mexico, boasting over 43 years of experience in providing fun, safe, and unforgettable scuba diving experiences in Cancun, Cozumel, and the Riviera Maya. As the oldest running dive center in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, Scuba Cancun prides itself on its excellent service and attention to detail, which results in repeat customers year after year.

Founded by Captain Luis Hurtado, who has celebrated his 65th anniversary in commercial, military, and sport scuba diving, the dive center remains dedicated to offering memorable experiences. Captain Hurtado was the first scuba instructor to teach scuba diving in Cancun and continues to ensure each guest receives an unforgettable diving adventure.

Scuba Cancun offers a comprehensive range of certification programs recognized by PADI and SSI, including Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, and Advanced Open Water Diver courses, as well as Instructor Development courses. They also cater to certified divers with one or two-tank dives led by certified PADI instructors, along with PADI specialty courses, snorkeling excursions, and adventure trips such as the Whale Shark adventure.

This dive center is equipped with facilities including lockers, a bar, accommodation options, equipment rental, and a dive shop. They also provide air fills with nitrox, facilitate boat diving, offer shore diving opportunities, and conduct night dives. Located at Kukulcán Blvd. Km 5 in Cancun's Hotel Zone, Scuba Cancun is well-positioned to offer a complete diving experience.
