Nemo Plongée

Nemo Plongée is an associative dive club located in Cannes, France. Established in 1972 as the diving section of the "Office Municipal de la Jeunesse et des Activités Socio-Éducatives" (OMJASE) of Cannes, the organization's objective is to teach and organize diving activities in a friendly atmosphere, with special rates for young people. The club operates as both a diving school and a dive club, run by dedicated volunteers who are qualified instructors and experienced divers.

Certified by SSI and CMAS/FFESSM, this dive center offers a range of courses, including the Instructor Development Course and Boat Diving. Its facilities include equipment rental and the provision for boat diving, offering a comprehensive experience for divers.

Nemo Plongée distinguishes itself through its commitment to quality, recognized with the state-approved "Qualité Tourisme" mark. While not receiving regular public grants, the association accepts donations, and its two main supervisors dedicate over 800 hours annually each to its operations. Although its goal is not profit-oriented, the club strives to provide the best possible quality of service with its available resources and the dedication of its volunteers.
