Mirta Moreno Linares imparte el entrenamiento SSI Mermaid dentro de las instalaciones dedicadas de la escuela. El programa cubre los fundamentos de la natación con monopalma, técnicas de apnea y protocolos de seguridad para actividades de sirena. El entrenamiento práctico comienza en un entorno controlado antes de pasar a entornos de aguas abiertas. Los estudiantes aprenden la postura corporal adecuada, técnicas de ecualización y cómo gestionar posibles emergencias bajo el agua. El curso está abierto a cualquiera que desee adentrarse en el mundo del mermaiding, centrándose en gran medida en la seguridad y la gracia. Al completar con éxito, los candidatos reciben una certificación digital SSI Mermaid.
Sirena del Océano
El curso de Sirena Oceánica lleva el entrenamiento de sirenas a los entornos del mar abierto de La Azohía. Bajo la guía de Mirta, las sirenas certificadas aprenden a adaptar sus habilidades a las olas, las corrientes y las condiciones naturales de la costa. El curso está diseñado para aumentar la comodidad en profundidad y la seguridad en aguas abiertas. El entrenamiento incluye técnicas de natación en superficie, protocolos de sistema de compañeros y conciencia ambiental mientras se usa una monofin.
