The resort is a year-round destination with daytime temperatures around 30°C and water temperatures averaging 28°C. While there's a wet season from November to March, which can be windier, visibility tends to be best during this period, and it's considered their high season. The protected location allows for operation throughout the year.
Non-divers can enjoy fantastic snorkeling around the two house reefs, just a short swim from the shore. Guided snorkeling packages are also offered, and the resort can provide ABC sets for rent, though guests are encouraged to bring their own if possible due to limited supplies.
The recommended route is to fly internationally to Manado, then take a direct Wings Air flight to Labuha. From Labuha airport, it's a 25-minute car ride to the jetty, followed by a 1-hour speedboat transfer to the resort. Flights via Jakarta are also possible but involve multiple connections.
