About the Center
Tiefenstein UnterwasserWelten, located in Horn, Switzerland, is a PADI and SSI certified dive center situated directly on the shores of Lake Constance. It offers a comprehensive range of courses, from Discover Scuba Diving to the Instructor Development Course, alongside specialized training in Freediving, Snorkeling, and Boat Diving. Divers can further enhance their skills with advanced certifications like Enriched Air Nitrox and Rescue Diver.
The facility boasts amenities including lockers, a bar, and a swimming pool for training purposes. Equipment rental is readily available for all diving needs. For more experienced divers, the center provides air, nitrox, and trimix fills, as well as specialized equipment rentals. The center also facilitates night dives and guided dives, leveraging its prime location on the lake.
Tiefenstein UnterwasserWelten actively fosters a diving community through regular dive groups such as TuesDive and ThursDive (coming soon), FunDive, and dedicated groups for children (Dive Kids). Customers can access local dive site information, visibility reports, and participate in organized trips described as "by divers for divers." The center also operates a workshop for equipment service and revisions, and features a dive shop with curated products.

Schließe die Theorie und den Poolteil für SSI Freediving Level 1 ab. Ermöglicht später den Abschluss der Zertifizierung im Freiwasser.
Grundkurs / Open Water Diver

Sí. Te pediremos demostrar 200 m de nado continuo (estilo libre) y 10 minutos flotando sin apoyo. No exigimos cronómetro, solo soltura en agua.
Si el centro cancela por condiciones del mar, te reasignamos sin coste extra a la siguiente fecha disponible. La decisión la toma el instructor jefe a las 7:00 del día de la salida.
Con lentillas blandas, sin problema. Si llevas gafas, ofrecemos máscaras graduadas estándar (-1 a -8 dioptrías) por 15 € de alquiler/día.
Sí, somos PADI Kids Centre. Desde los 8 años con el Bubblemaker (en piscina, hasta 2 m) y desde los 10 con el Open Water Junior.
No, tu carnet PADI/SSI es vitalicio. Sí recomendamos un curso de repaso ("Scuba Tune-Up") si llevas más de 12 meses sin bucear.
