Technical Diving Academy

Technical Diving Academy, located in Hyères, France, is a center specializing in technical diving and CCR (Closed Circuit Rebreather). It offers a wide range of courses certified by SSI, IANTD, and TDI, from Discover Scuba Diving to Instructor Development Courses and advanced technical diving such as Trimix and Sidemount. The center also provides courses for boat diving, deep diving, and wreck diving, as well as training for "Moniteur Fédéral." Facilities include lockers, WiFi, a restaurant, a bar, accommodation, equipment rental, and air fills (nitrox, trimix). Boat diving and night diving are also available, especially for exploring the iconic dive sites of Port-Cros National Park, such as the famous wrecks Donator, Grec, and Ville de Grasse, as well as the impressive drop-offs of Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Giens, and the Toulon roadstead.

With a philosophy focused on safety, demand, and technicality, Technical Diving Academy welcomes passionate, experienced, and professional divers. The team of experienced instructors has over 10 years of experience teaching Trimix, CCR, Sidemount, and deep diving, in both civilian and military sectors. Each outing is conducted in small groups (maximum 6 divers per boat) to ensure personalized, safe, and effective guidance. The center uses high-end equipment from recognized brands such as Garmin, APEKS, XDEEP, and BigBlue, including state-of-the-art rebreathers and all necessary technical diving gear, available for rent.

The professional filling station, designed by BCH Compresseur, offers custom mixes of air, nitrox, trimix, pure oxygen, and helium, compliant with EN 12021, with guaranteed quality control. Additionally, they utilize the O'Dive system for a scientific approach to decompression analysis, enhancing safety and optimizing deco times. Facilities also include an equipped classroom, secure storage for equipment, accommodation, restaurants, and other amenities designed for the comfort of technical divers.
