Aquàtica Illes Medes

Aquàtica Illes Medes, located in L'Estartit, Spain, is an SSI-certified dive center operating since 1996. It offers a comprehensive range of activities and courses for all levels, from snorkeling to instructor development and freediving. The center prides itself on its professionalism, good service, and tranquil atmosphere, inviting guests to discover the underwater world of the Costa Brava and the Medes Islands Marine Reserve.

The center provides experiences for both beginners and experienced divers, including Discover Scuba Diving, the SSI Open Water Diver course, and specialties such as SSI Advanced Open Water, SSI React Right, and SSI Stress and Rescue. Enriched Air Nitrox courses are also available, with the opportunity to dive with Nitrox for free throughout the season upon obtaining the specialty. Aquàtica Illes Medes also includes freediving courses within its educational offerings.

Aquàtica Illes Medes is equipped with facilities such as lockers, a bar, equipment rental, a dive shop, and air fills (including Nitrox). Diving trips are conducted from their own boat, allowing exploration of the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands, and the nearby coast, including wrecks, caves, tunnels, and underwater walls. The center is open year-round and has staff who speak English, French, and Catalan.
