The Bautismo de Buceo includes an introductory talk, a controlled open water dive in Almuñécar or La Herradura, all necessary diving equipment, and dive insurance for the experience.

The PADI Open Water Diver course requires online theory and final exam, confined water practice (shore/pool), 4 open water dives, dive insurance during the course, all necessary materials, all diving equipment (bring swimsuit and towel), PADI course materials, and processing of the certification.

With an Open Water Diver certification, you can dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters and must be accompanied by another certified diver.
