Frequently asked
What people ask before booking
Yes, safety is our top priority. Every trip has two professional guides in the water and a captain on the boat. Our full-time safety divers are experienced professionals dedicated to your safety and comfort.
No prior experience is required. Most of our guests are first-timers. You’ll receive full guidance and equipment, and our safety team ensures a comfortable, exciting, and safe adventure. Snorkeling experience is helpful but not necessary.
Shark species vary by season. Winter typically brings bull sharks, lemon sharks, hammerheads, and occasional tigers. Spring through summer often includes silky sharks, sandbar sharks, dusky sharks, Caribbean reef sharks, bull sharks, lemon sharks, and hammerheads. Bull sharks, lemon sharks, and hammerheads are present year-round, with occasional tiger sharks.
The total trip duration is about 3 hours. This includes a 20-40 minute boat ride to the site, 60-90 minutes in the water with the sharks, and a 20-40 minute ride back to shore. The exact timing depends on ocean conditions and how quickly sharks are located.
The price is $250 per person for snorkeling with sharks. Viewing from the boat costs $125 per person. Photo and video packages are available for an additional $100 each.
We provide masks, snorkels, fins, wetsuits, and rash guards. It's best to wear all black clothing. If you have your own gear or a long-sleeve black top, you are welcome to bring it.
If no sharks are seen during your trip, you will receive a full refund. In 8 years of operation, this has happened fewer than a dozen times.
