SSI Buceador Estrés y Rescate
El curso SSI Diver Stress and Rescue de Brothers Diving te entrena para detectar problemas antes de que se agraven y para gestionar emergencias reales dentro y alrededor del agua. Se sitúa en el extremo más serio del programa de Brothers Diving, aunque el centro lo describe como riguroso y genuinamente divertido a la vez: la combinación de habilidades reales con prácticas basadas en escenarios suele producir ese efecto. El programa cubre el reconocimiento del estrés, la prevención de accidentes, los rescates en el agua y los cuidados posteriores a un incidente. Las sesiones prácticas se realizan tanto en aguas confinadas como en aguas abiertas, trabajando escenarios de emergencia realistas con los instructores de Brothers Diving guiando y evaluando. Al completarlo se obtiene la certificación SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty. Este curso es un requisito estándar para el programa Divemaster, que Brothers Diving también ofrece completo. Si la vía profesional está en mente, completar Stress & Rescue durante un viaje a Gran Canaria es un uso eficiente del tiempo. Los instructores de Brothers Diving tienen experiencia de nivel SSI Divemaster y supervisan los escenarios prácticos del curso con ese bagaje.

Try Scuba accepts participants from age 8. Basic Diver and SSI Scuba Diver require a minimum age of 10. Under-18s need a signed parental or guardian consent form.

Introductory and beginner dives are done at Playa de Amadores, Playa de Tufia, or Risco Verde. The site is chosen on the day based on weather and sea conditions to ensure suitable entry and exit for the level of the group.
On Try Scuba programmes, the ratio is 2:1 — one instructor for every two beginner divers. You're never left to figure things out alone.
