Tauchzentrum Geiseltal, situated at the heart of Germany's largest artificial lake, offers an exceptional diving experience for both beginners and seasoned divers. With 25 years of diving experience, their team of well-trained divers and instructors is dedicated to showcasing the beautiful underwater landscape of Geiseltal.
The dive center is conveniently located on the Mücheln OT Stöbnitz peninsula, enjoying proximity to a year-round campsite and a beach with a bar. The facility provides ample parking directly at the registration, storage options for equipment, and a well-stocked shop. They offer a wide range of courses under SSI and TDI certification, including the Instructor Development Course, Snorkeling, Boat Diving, and Night Diver courses. Additionally, the center features nitrox fills and boasts a compressor with a filling capacity of up to 300 bar.
The Geiseltal lake, formed from a former open-cast lignite mine, provides a unique underwater topography with shallow shore areas and rapid depths.
