About the Center
OCE Harnes, located in Harnes, France, is an SSI-certified center focusing on Freediving (apnea) training. The club offers apnea courses for all levels, aiming to develop this activity and make it accessible to a wider audience. Facilities include a bar and a swimming pool for training sessions.
Pool training takes place every Thursday evening from 9 PM to 11 PM at the Piscine Municipale M. Leclercq, situated at Avenue Henri Barbusse in Harnes. In addition to pool training, OCE Harnes organizes regular excursions to various natural dive sites. These locations include Lac Bleu near Arras, the Barges quarry in Belgium, and the Eau d'Heure dam lake in Belgium.
The club also facilitates trips to specialized dive pits such as the Némo33 pit in Brussels and the Duiktant pit in Kortrijk. Periodically, OCE Harnes organizes sea diving trips and stays in regions like Brittany, Corsica, the Mediterranean, and Spain, thereby expanding the diving experiences for its members.
