Warfighter Scuba

Warfighter Scuba, located in Roatan, Honduras, is an SSI and TDI certified dive center dedicated to providing therapeutic experiences and dive training to wounded veterans and Gold Star families. The center offers boat diving courses, with available accommodation, equipment rental, a dive shop, and air fills (including nitrox). They also facilitate shore diving and night diving experiences.

The core program at Warfighter Scuba, 'Decompress the Stress™', is specifically designed for Purple Heart recipients and their foreign equivalents. It offers 100% free comprehensive scuba certification, accommodation, and food. The aim is to provide a therapeutic avenue for coping with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat-related injuries, fostering recovery and building community among veterans. The center welcomes veterans from all NATO countries.

Warfighter Scuba's facilities include a bar for socializing, comfortable accommodation, comprehensive equipment rental, and a well-stocked dive shop. The availability of nitrox fills caters to the needs of more experienced divers. With accessibility for both shore and boat diving, alongside the opportunity for night dives, the center provides a complete diving experience in Roatan.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Warfighter Scuba relies on donations to continue its mission. Their commitment is to prevent suicide and divorce among veterans by offering an avenue for adventure, peace, and connection through diving.
