For the Pool Freediver or Freediver course, you must be at least 12 years old. For the Advanced Freediver course, the minimum age is 15 years old.

To enroll in the Advanced Freediver course, you need a Freediver SSI certification or an equivalent certification from another agency, be at least 15 years old, and have a medical certificate for sports activity.

Share Equalization is a teaching methodology exclusively dedicated to equalization techniques, developed to help freedivers improve their descent skills, achieve greater depths more relaxedly, and overcome ear discomfort.

The "Start" course is designed for individuals who experience ear pain or difficulty compensating from the first few meters or who feel their current compensation mechanisms could be improved. It focuses on basic equalization techniques and preparing for Frenzel.

The compensation courses include online didactic material available for 12 months, numerous exercises, webinars with an instructor, and personalized self-development plans, culminating in a certification assessment.

The compensation courses are designed for a maximum of 4 people per group, ensuring personalized attention from the instructor, although they will run even with a single student.
