About the Center
The Societat d’Exploracions Submarines de Tarragona (S.E.S.), founded in 1955, is one of the pioneering clubs in autonomous diving education in Spain. With over six decades of uninterrupted experience, it offers diving training under the certifications of SSI, CMAS/FFESSM, and TDI. Its facilities include lockers, a bar, equipment rental, a dive shop, and air and Nitrox fills.
A standout feature is its management of Spain's only underwater park. This park, designed as a biotope, features a large sunken cargo ship and other structures hosting over 250 cataloged species, guided and signposted from both land and underwater. It provides unique diving experiences, both from boats and shore dives.
S.E.S. Tarragona offers additional services such as airport transfers, ensuring a convenient experience for its clients. The center conducts 'Boat Diving' courses and has multilingual staff fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, facilitating communication with international divers.

Sí. Te pediremos demostrar 200 m de nado continuo (estilo libre) y 10 minutos flotando sin apoyo. No exigimos cronómetro, solo soltura en agua.
Si el centro cancela por condiciones del mar, te reasignamos sin coste extra a la siguiente fecha disponible. La decisión la toma el instructor jefe a las 7:00 del día de la salida.
Con lentillas blandas, sin problema. Si llevas gafas, ofrecemos máscaras graduadas estándar (-1 a -8 dioptrías) por 15 € de alquiler/día.
Sí, somos PADI Kids Centre. Desde los 8 años con el Bubblemaker (en piscina, hasta 2 m) y desde los 10 con el Open Water Junior.
No, tu carnet PADI/SSI es vitalicio. Sí recomendamos un curso de repaso ("Scuba Tune-Up") si llevas más de 12 meses sin bucear.
