Tauchturm Wittenberge

Tauchturm Wittenberge is a dive center located in Wittenberge, Germany, recognized for its excellence in dive training. Certified by PADI and SSI, it offers a comprehensive range of courses, including the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and freediving training. The center boasts modern facilities, such as lockers, a bar area, and accommodation for its guests.

A standout feature of Tauchturm Wittenberge is its unique combination of two diving facilities. The Friedensteich, a 10-meter deep lake, serves as an open water dive site with its own dedicated training room, a combination that is special and unique to the region. Additionally, the center features an indoor dive tower, one of the few worldwide where one can dive year-round at a consistent temperature of 30°C, enjoying a unique ambiance within an old oil tank.

The center has been honored with the "Diamond Award" by SSI, a testament to the quality and organization of its training, certifying over 100 divers annually. Beyond diving, Tauchturm Wittenberge is part of the Elbe Resort Alte Ölmühle, which offers a 4-star hotel, a brewery with regional cuisine, a 2,300 sqm wellness area, and combined climbing and diving activities. Its indoor diving facilities include three training levels, two tubes (vertical and horizontal), a changing light system, and a small rock landscape, ideal for both recreational and professional divers. The team speaks German and provides equipment rental, a dive shop, air fills (including nitrox), and shore diving options.
