Description

Whether you have just completed your PADI Open Water Diver course or have already had a number of dives under your belt, the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the next step for you. The AOWD course is open to anyone over the age of 12 who holds a PADI Open Water Diver certificate or any other diving federation or agency.

The AOWD course – Advanced Open Water Diver- represents an expansion of your diving knowledge and gives you the opportunity to explore 5 of the many specialties that PADI offers.

Each immersion carried out in this course will correspond to the first immersion of each specialty. For example, the PADI Deep Diving specialty consists of 4 dives, of which in this course you can do the first one. This means that, if in the future you want to get a specific specialty, you will only need to do the other 3 dives of the course to obtain your PADI Deep Diving specialty.

This course will increase your experience and take your training to another level. You will be qualified to dive to 30 meters and will have the opportunity to share precious time with your instructor, learning details and exploring all aspects of diving that may interest you. There are no theoretical sessions in the classrooms or practical sessions in the pool.

However, you will need to read the specialty chapters you have chosen from the PADI Adventures in Diving manual and complete the knowledge reviews for each chapter.
