The apnée perfectionnement sessions at Corsica Sub are aimed at occasional freedivers and spearfishers who want to improve their technique rather than start from scratch. Each session works across several exercises: immersion technique, fin kick efficiency, ventilation, and compensation. Static apnea and relaxation sessions can be arranged on request, subject to group size.
A single session costs 50€; a card of three sessions costs 145€. Sessions take place in the Cap Corse Marine Park from the Napadelis. Formats include free immersion, constant weight, and variable weight work. For those who want to pursue freediving more formally, the centre can provide information on structured training programmes beyond the session format — pricing is on request.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
