Course Description
Desarrollo de habilidades fundamentales para ser un freediver seguro y competente, con inmersiones hasta 20 metros.

Requirements
- Completion of AIDA 2 or AIDA 2 Crossover evaluation
- 18+ years of age (16-17 with parent/guardian consent)
- Static apnea (STA): 2:45 minutes
- Dynamic apnea (DYNB): 55 meters
- Constant weight bi-fins (CWTB): 24 meters
- Passing score of 75% on theoretical exam
