Aquatech Diving Centre

Aquatech Diving Centre, located in Stockport, GBR, is a premier dive centre established in 1992, with a dedicated dive club founded in 1993. As a PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centre, and certified by SSI and BSAC, it offers a comprehensive range of courses. These include introductory experiences like Discover Scuba Diving, foundational certifications such as Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water, specialized training like Enriched Air Nitrox, and professional development through the Instructor Development Course. They also offer boat diving courses.

The facility boasts excellent amenities, including accommodation, a swimming pool for confined water training, dedicated classrooms, equipment rental services, and air fills, specifically nitrox. Aquatech is committed to providing the highest standard of diver training and internationally recognized qualifications. Their eLearning courses allow for flexible learning, with practical elements to be completed at a later stage.

Aquatech Diving Centre caters to all levels of divers, from beginners who can start with a try dive in their pool or directly enroll in the PADI Open Water course, to qualified divers looking to refresh their skills or pursue specialty courses. They offer flexible scheduling with courses running on weekends and evenings, and can accommodate larger groups. The centre also provides free equipment hire for all courses.

Beyond individual training, the attached dive club is highly active year-round, organizing at least one major trip per month and offering dives on most days. Club members participate in dives around the UK and arrange trips to international destinations such as Oban, Scapa Flow, Malta, the Red Sea, and the Maldives. Aquatech also supports aspiring professionals, offering a pathway from unqualified diver to PADI Instructor, including the Emergency First Response Instructor course.
