Description
The ACUC Divemaster course is the first mandatory professional level within the ACUC training ladder.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE CONSIST OF?
The main features of this course are that students who successfully complete the course will be able to act as Dive Director1, taking certified divers on open water dives as a Dive Guide, assisting in the training of new divers, both in the classroom and in water, under the supervision of an Instructor, teach some diving courses in which certification is not issued (for example, Introduction to diving courses) and also, teach some "dry" specialties (specialties where no training is given in water), provided that the Divemaster has previously obtained the Instructor qualification of the specific specialty.
