Theoretical session
Through the SSI Digital Teaching System you will be able to learn at your own pace. The theoretical part of Basic Freediving consists of 4 modules: techniques, physiology, equipment and environment.
Practical session
In the practical sessions we will learn about Static Apnea (STA) and Dynamic Apnea (DYN)
