Description
With this course you will be able to consolidate the development of basic Apnea skills.
During the course, you will have theoretical and confined water sessions.
At the theoretical level you will learn about physiology, equipment, environment, technique and security measures.
In the practical part there will be dry breathing and relaxation sessions.
In confined waters there will be static and dynamic apnea practices to perfect the finning technique.
You will need a medical certificate and two photographs.
If you are under 18 years of age, also an authorization from your legal guardian.
