What people ask before booking
Yes, absolutely. Brothers Dive is a center for beginners. Anyone aged 10 and above can start, and training is conducted at your own pace and psychological state. It's okay if you can't swim or are easily scared, or even if you're older. We are instructors who understand your anxieties and overcome them together.
For an Open Water certification, it takes 3-4 days. The first day is for basic training in the pool, and days 2-4 are for actual diving in the sea. However, your pace is what matters. It's okay if the progress is slow; we don't rush. Comfort is the top priority.
The minimum age is 10 years old, and the maximum is 65 years old. (Ages 10-14 obtain a Junior certification). If your health condition is good, even those over 65 can participate after consultation. Age is just a number; what's important is your spirit and passion.
Of course! You can insert prescription lenses into the dive mask or wear contact lenses under the mask. Regular glasses cannot be worn under a mask, but we also offer prescription mask rentals. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Zero hidden costs! The package includes: course fee, all equipment rental for the entire duration (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, fins, etc.), manual fee, certification fee, and pick-up/drop-off service from accommodation. Personal meal expenses, tips, and accommodation upgrades are excluded.
The refund policy varies based on the start date of the course/tour. Cancellations 15 days prior receive a 100% refund (after deducting accommodation/manual costs). Cancellations 7-15 days prior receive a 50% refund (after deducting accommodation/manual costs). Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations due to natural disasters on the day (impossible to dive) receive a 100% refund (proof required, after deducting accommodation/manual costs).
Diving is possible year-round, but the best season is from November to May (dry season). During this period, the weather is clear and the sea is calm. Diving is also possible during the rainy season (June to October), but there may be waves and rain. You can visit according to your vacation schedule; we will help you find the best weather.
