What people ask before booking
For Discover Scuba Diving, the minimum age is 10 years. Children under 14 must dive with an adult. Participants under 18 require parental consent. Pregnant individuals cannot participate. Diving must take place at least 12 hours before your flight.
The package includes an introduction to diving equipment, breathing, safety, and underwater communication. It also covers practice in shallow water and a guided dive in a protected area up to 6 meters deep. A PADI Discover Scuba Diving certificate is issued upon successful completion, which can be credited towards an Open Water Diver course.
There are two main points: the pickup point in Playa de Palma (Ctra. de l’Arenal 48) and the dive center itself (Ctra. Cabo Blanco, Km 11, Cabo Regana). Free parking is available at the dive center. Pick-up from Playa de Palma is punctual, so be ready 30 minutes before the activity starts.
Besides diving, they offer a wide range of activities including jet skiing, sailing tours, paragliding, helicopter flights, buggy tours, and quad tours. They also organize snorkeling tours and diving trips to destinations like Mexico and the Maldives.
A medical questionnaire from PADI is mandatory. Depending on your answers, a doctor's approval may be required in advance. If the necessary medical approval cannot be presented on the day of the activity, participation is not possible, and no refund will be granted. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before diving.
