PE12 Course

The PE12 Course at Plongee Castille offers a foundational certification for individuals aged 12 and above, introducing them to supervised underwater exploration up to a depth of 12 meters. This program aligns with the French Federation (FFESSM) training system, providing essential skills for safe diving within this limit. The curriculum includes theoretical sessions on diving principles, safety, and environmental awareness, complemented by practical training in confined and open water environments. Three training dives are conducted to practice crucial skills such as mask clearing, regulator recovery, and buoyancy control, fostering confidence and competence.
