Reactivate your scuba diving skills with Sunset Diving's Refresher Course + Dive in Mauritius. This program is specifically designed for certified divers who feel their skills may be a bit rusty after a break from diving. It's an excellent opportunity to build confidence before embarking on further exploration dives. The course meticulously reviews essential scuba knowledge and practical abilities in a secure and controlled setting, ensuring you are fully prepared for the underwater world.

The curriculum begins with a thorough review of dive theory, covering critical aspects such as safe dive planning, mastering buoyancy control, and understanding emergency procedures. This theoretical foundation is immediately followed by hands-on skill practice, typically conducted in the center's training pool or a calm, shallow water area. You will practice vital skills including mask clearing, regulator recovery, and precise buoyancy adjustments, guaranteeing your comfort and proficiency underwater.

Following the skills refinement, you will participate in a guided dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters. This supervised dive allows you to apply your refreshed abilities in a genuine dive site environment under the watchful eye of your instructor. It serves as a perfect chance to reacquaint yourself with the sensation of diving and to appreciate the beautiful underwater scenery Mauritius has to offer. The center provides all necessary scuba equipment for both the course and the subsequent dive.
