Advanced Open Water

The SSI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Sea Serpent Fleet provides a structured path to enhance your diving capabilities. This program typically involves five open water dives, allowing you to explore depths up to 30 meters (98 feet), significantly expanding your potential dive sites. You will gain experience in areas such as deep diving, underwater navigation, and potentially other specialties like wreck diving or night diving, depending on the specific dives conducted at this center's locations. Sea Serpent Fleet, a PADI and SSI certified facility, ensures you receive high-quality training to build confidence and competence in more challenging underwater environments.

This advanced training is particularly beneficial given the local climate. With sea temperatures averaging around 25.5°C (77.9°F) and minimal rainfall throughout the year, conditions are generally favorable for diving. The air temperature remains pleasant, ranging from 18.6°C (65.5°F) in January to a high of 34°C (93.2°F) in August, making it possible to dive comfortably year-round.
