Sea&Sun's nitrox course covers enriched oxygen gas mixes, how to select the right blend for each target depth, and the safety procedures specific to nitrox diving — both underwater and when handling nitrox cylinders and equipment on the surface.
The course is grounded in the same open-water environment as all other Sea&Sun courses: the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Marine Reserve, where nitrox can extend bottom time on the shallower sites like the posidonia meadows at Los Escullos or La Cueva del Francés. Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
