The Emergency First Response (EFR) specialty course at Mola Mola Dive equips you with vital skills for immediate care in critical situations, applicable both in diving and daily life. This program focuses on primary and secondary care, teaching essential techniques like CPR and basic first aid for injuries and sudden illnesses. You will learn to assess emergencies, provide care until professional help arrives, and manage scenarios including bleeding, shock, and fractures through hands-on practice. The certification is valid for two years and is a mandatory prerequisite for PADI Rescue Diver certification, ensuring a solid foundation in emergency medical response.

This course is designed to build confidence in applying life-saving techniques, even for those without prior medical training. Participants will practice skills such as bandaging, splinting, and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The curriculum is structured for easy understanding and practical application, empowering individuals to act decisively and competently when faced with an emergency. Completing the EFR course provides the skills to offer immediate assistance, potentially making a critical difference.

Mola Mola Dive offers this crucial training, recognizing its broad importance beyond the diving community. The center provides instruction in English and Spanish, catering to a diverse range of participants. While specific dive site details for EFR practice are not listed, the hands-on nature of the course ensures practical skill development in a controlled environment. The price for this essential specialty is 170 EUR.

By gaining EFR certification, you enhance your personal safety and the safety of those around you.
