Baptême de plongée

The Premières Bulles baptême at P.S.Diving is explicitly open from age 8 — lower than most operators in the Alpes-Maritimes — which makes it one of the few options in the region for younger children wanting a first experience underwater. The session departs Saint-Laurent-du-Var aboard the Optimus, heading to Cap d'Antibes where the seabed offers a range of accessible entry-level profiles. You go down with an instructor; no prior experience or certification required.

The Cap d'Antibes coast has sites that work well for initiation dives. Sèche Saint-Pierre is a shallow submarine plateau, and Péquerolle is another gentle site in P.S.Diving's rotation — both suited to a first contact with buoyancy and breathing underwater. The boat transfer to Cap d'Antibes is short from Saint-Laurent-du-Var, so the session spends more time in the water than in transit.

P.S.Diving works under both FFESSM and PADI, so the baptême can feed into either certification pathway for participants who want to continue.
